A Beautiful, Natural Smile is not
achieved by luck. It is created by first gathering
all information on your expectations, wants and
needs through our unique interview process. Then,
after a complete oral examination, we discuss your
treatment options which may include Whitening, Bonding,
Porcelain Veneers, Porcelain Crowns or some combination
of the above. With porcelain Veneers, we can change
the appearance of the lower 1/3 of your face by
doing a Smile Lift. We use minimally
invasive dentistry to achieve the most dramatic
enhancement of your appearance.
Dr. Martini can build out the
vestibules in the corners of your mouth by building
out the porcelain veneers on the back teeth thus
creating a broader smile and eliminating the negative
space. This will help eliminate some of the wrinkles
around the corners of your lips and push up your
upper lip thus the term - smile lift! Being a Recognized
Specialist, a Prosthodontist, Dr. Martini treats
each cosmetic case not only for Esthetics but for
Proper Function and Long Term Predictability. This
is a distinguishing point of practice that only
someone with his expertise and training can offer
to you. He is often called upon by other specialists
for Second Opinions due to his Specialty Training
and Experience.
Tooth Shape, color and texture are a crucial aspect
of this procedure. Short-dark teeth signify aging.
As we age we wear down our teeth and show more of
the inner tooth which is yellow-orange in shade.
The fingernail thick veneers can correct all of
these situations in TWO visits.
The results are seen immediately with the natural
aesthetic temporaries made for you while your permanent
restorations are made by his world renound ceramist.
The restorations are custom finished in Dr. Martinis
in office laboratory.
Dr. Martini will choose a CUSTOM shade for
your final restorations which will take into account
your facial features, complexion hair style and
lower third of your face. This unique approach towards
color and producing an Enamel-Like NATURAL LOOKING
restoration is what makes Dr Martini a leader in
the field.
In order to CREATE your brilliant
new smile, special equiptment and materials are
required. Therefore, Dr. martini has equipped his
office with the most advanced and sophisticated
tools necessary to achieve the result you desire.
His Armentarium includes the following:
Intra Oral Cameras
This camera is on the end of a wand the size
of a pen which takes pictures of the inside of your
mouth teeth, gums and oral structures and
displays them on a flat screen monitor. This is
used to educate you on your oral health and allow
you to make educated decisions on your treatment
options.
Digital Cameras and Polaroid
Cameras - These cameras allow us to
photograph all aspects of your teeth, gums, lips
and smile to aid us in putting together a comprehensive
treatment plan for you. They can be used on the
computer to transfer information to the ceramist
as to size, color, shape and facial contours so
we can create a custom smile tapered to your individual
personality. We can also show you before and after
pictures of your transformed smile.
Twilight
Diode Laser - The BIOLASE laser
is used to do a scalpel-free gum lift. This allows
them to offer a pain-free alternative to surgery
which can be done without anaesthesia! It is the
most advanced laser in dentistry used to cosmetically
contour the gingival margins with virtually immediate
healing and NO post Surgical side effects.
The Cosmetic Smile Makeover is done in two visits
and can be done in as little as 3 days apart. A
team effort from the whole office is put into each
and every transformation to give you a dynamic,
natural look. The third visit is for Dr. Martini
to artistically contour your teeth and check all
aspects of the work after the restorations settle
in. This is usually done within one week of placing
the restorations.
